I’m a New Yorker living in Seattle. I grew up in Stony Brook where I was one of the youngest in a neighborhood gang that roamed the woods and creek around Erland Road. (Tommy Donahue, you know who you are!) We moved to Huntington where I dove into all kinds of dastardly teenage things with a mad and wonderful mix of friends.
In my writing and my life, I advocate for my son who has a disability.
My poem “Handmade Kites” was published in Kaleidoscope Review #74 in February 2017. “A Comet’s Tale” appeared in Babylon Review, and other poems and essays have appeared in both print and online journals. My MFA is from Brooklyn.
